Bentley

We went to Columbia for a few days and Thomas got a new bear from Gammie. After some snooze time in the car on the way back home he asked for Bentley. Some pics I took with my phone.

It was much easier to drop Thomas off for camp today. He, of course, waves and says bye and is across the room playing before I get out the door! I'm really glad he likes it there.

Busy Busy Busy

Whew- we've been busy this summer. Tom was on vacation last week and he and Thomas were all over town. They had so much fun and Thomas was thrilled to be with his Daddy every day!

Thomas started summer camp today. It's 2 days a week for 2 weeks this month and then again for 2 weeks in July. When I picked him up they said he was great and can come back anytime. He got wet and dirty, made some kind of something with markers (I can see the evidence on his legs - ha!) and played on their playground. Our old neighbor is in his class and she "looked after" him for us :-) I'm quite sure it was harder for me to drop him off than for him to be there.

Last day of school for Daddy!  Carnival ... Tara and Thomas came for a little while to check it out and celebrate.  A big thanks to Erin Collins for snapping and sharing this picture.  She says he's very photogenic, we think so too!  For us it is hard to look at this picture without placing a hand on the chest and sighing, real big. Maybe the cutest picture EVER?!

Boy Genius

Clearly he's a genius. He counted to 5 today! He lines up his trucks on the back of the couch and I am constantly counting them for him. He sometimes repeats numbers back to me, but today when I started, he got to 5 by himself.

Hmmmm.......doctor, lawyer, president?
