Boy Genius

Clearly he's a genius. He counted to 5 today! He lines up his trucks on the back of the couch and I am constantly counting them for him. He sometimes repeats numbers back to me, but today when I started, he got to 5 by himself.

We've been having fun in our new house! We had Kelly and Caroline over for a playdate,

and trucks are the favorite!

We're here!

Well, we've been here a week and have settled in more and more everyday. We are enjoying having my parents here and they have worked so hard! A few more flowers are going in today (if the rain stops) and the other cabinet making up the pantry gets bolted to the wall when Thomas wakes up from his nap.

We've been spending money like we have it this fine Mother's Day. We got several appliances, a disposal, blinds and a new bed. YIKES!

Thomas decided he needs shades for all this craziness so he borrowed mine.

A New House

We finally closed! May 16 we'll be in a new place and we can't wait for you to come visit!

Whew - busy week

We haven't had a lot to report this week but it's busy around here. We are looking forward to the move, mostly so Thomas will stop unpacking boxes! We are planning to move on the 16th if all goes well with the closing this week. Thomas is crazy cute these days. He's learning more words. Currently, George and no are his favorites. George means read me my favorite two Curious George books and no is just fun to say - regardless of the circumstance. He's also testing us like crazy - trying to figure out all the rules. It's exhausting and fun and we have no problem falling asleep at the end of the day - hahahaha.
