Yes, this is a picture of the hole in the PATCH I put on these jeans to repair the hole that was already there. Does the child actually walk during the day or just crawl around on his knees?

Buddies at School

No children were harmed in the filming of this movie!!  In fact, he laid there and giggled until he noticed that I was giggling too, then he got up and made it fall on his head again.  "Gilligan!!"

Aging Eyes

While at dinner, we were discussing the current state of my vision, and lamenting the need to get glasses for full time use (??).  Thomas, suddenly mentioned that he, too was having some trouble with his vision.  The 1st time was delivered a little better, but for a re-take, under direction, I think it still came out pretty funny.

Thomas: Daddy, why don't girls have penises?

Tom: That's part of what makes us different.

Thomas: You need to be more pacific.

Tom:

Yep, at that point, Daddy gets more coffee.

Big Wheel

We got Thomas a Big Wheel forever ago, but he has never been tall enough to actually pedal it.

He has grown a lot this year.......

You Get What You Give

Thomas and I were leaving the library to come back home. He was getting in his seat in the car and trying to buckle up. He was struggling, what with all the talking and messing around and not doing what I asked him to do.

In my best sing-song "I'm trying not to be frustrated" voice I say, "Not doing what I asked."

Without hesitation, in exactly the same sing-sing voice he answers, "Don't have 3 hands."

I helped him buckle and tried to hold in the giggles.
