It is soooooo hot. Poor Thomas barely sees outside unless he is being hurried to the car. We ran to the grocery store a few minutes ago and I was really worried about him - his face was red and the AC just couldn't cool the car down. No more errands for us in the late afternoon!
We found a great babysitter to help me out in the mornings when Thomas' summer camp ends. She's very sweet, loves to play and thinks Thomas is "awesome".
I wonder what she would have said later, when instead of napping, he played with his stuffed animals and then had to go to the bathroom - TWICE?

Ah - nap times can be an adventure. I got to read my children's stories than you could image. And, yes, there were many nap times of 'play', but on the bed.
Leah, he was so tired last night he was asleep before 8 and didn't come out this morning until his lamp came on at 7. Since he's napping right now it'll probably be 9:00 before he falls asleep tonight :)
